    Ashtanga - methodical and deep approach to yoga based around Tristhana (Breath, Posture, Drishti) and Vinyasa.

    Sangraha - Meaning a collection or compilation - Sangraha incorporates various elements like Sun Salutations, classical yoga postures, and pranayama, with a focus on strengthening the body, stimulating body-brain communication, and calming the nervous system. 

    Pranayama - Breathwork practices drawn from the Hatha yoga tradition but with a modern science-based application.
